Doha, May 10 /Sina/ — A commercial cargo ship in the territorial waters of Qatar northeast of the Mesaieed port was attacked by a drone. This was reported on Sunday by the country’s Ministry of Defense.
As reported, the vessel, which had departed from Abu Dhabi, caught fire after a strike on Sunday morning. As a result of the small fire on board, no one was injured, the Ministry of Defense reports. The fire was brought under control, and the vessel departed for the port of Mesaieed after coordinating necessary measures with the authorities.
