HaDEA has published the Call for tenders HADEA/2026/OP/0007- Strategic Upskilling and/or Reskilling for the Space Industry Workforce.
This contract focuses on upskilling/reskilling graduates and/or active workers in the space industry, covering both upstream and downstream sectors.
The Contractor will support the Commission in the management of the DIVERIS network and create EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) educational resources.
The estimated total amount is € 2 580 000.
The deadline for receipt of tenders is Monday, 3 August 2026 at 16.00 (Europe/Brussels).
The duration of the contract will be at most thirty (30) months.

As part of the Horizon Europe Work Programme 2025 – Cluster 4 ‘Digital, Industry and Space’, Heading 10 ‘Boosting Space through training and education activities’ aims to prepare the skilled workforce of tomorrow to bridge the gap between supply and demand for talents in the European Space sector and inspire the next generation of space professionals. This action supports the upskilling and reskilling efforts pursued by the European Space Policy and European R&I agendas related to Horizon Europe, in the framework of the European Commission’s space entrepreneurship initiative CASSINI (Competitive Space Start-ups for Innovation initiative) promoting entrepreneurship and creating a business-friendly space ecosystem. In particular, the action builds on the pilot edition of the CASSINI Job Placement Scheme, developed in the frame of the STARS*EU project, featuring the Space Career Launchpad platform to help students and young graduates to find relevant space-related studies and job market opportunities, and employers in the space sector to find the talents they are looking for.
